I noticed that in my own life when I felt emotions such as: hate, jealousy and anger often, I couldn't focus on the important people, places and things in my life.
You might have experienced some things lately that has you down, but look up, because it is only a matter of time that you will see just how harmful keeping negativity going in your heart and mind really is. We don't hurt others nearly as much as we hurt ourselves when we refuse to take our eyes and emotions off of the people who have offended us.
When you feel the temptation to want to bad mouth, vow revenge, or verbally/physically fight someone, consider this, our heavenly Father put his Son through so much to save us. The least we can do is focus on He who is greater in us than he who is in the world. Here are some things you can before the sun goes down: say a prayer, confront enemies as God moves, talk with those who can help, and allow the Holy Ghost to provide you with the spiritual comfort you need in Jesus name!
